The Weekend is Here!

There are always fun things to do on the Emerald Coast, and this weekend offers up some of the best! Summer is in full swing, so enjoy! Here are a few of our top picks for June 24th, 25th, 26th 2016: 

22nd-26th Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic

Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic is a fun event for fishermen of all experience levels! The tournament, being held at Baytowne Marina at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, will benefit Sandestin Foundation for Kids, The Billfish Foundation, and Harvest House. Registration, the Kick-Off Party, and the Awards Brunch are for tournament participants only. Dock-walks and weigh-ins on Friday and Saturday evenings are free to the public.

24th Movies at The Landing

A family-friendly movie will be shown at the Fort Walton Beach Landing Park each Friday evening in July and August. This event is free and open to all. Movies start at 8 p.m., so grab a chair, fill the cooler, and head on down! downtownfwb.com

25th Rock the Docks

Rock the Docks on the Destin Harbor! Every Saturday this summer the HarborWalk Village stage will host live concerts from 8-10 p.m. Shows are free and open to the public! EmeraldGrande.com

25th Fort Walton Beach Farmers Market

The Downtown Fort Walton Beach Farmers Market is held at The Fort Walton Beach Landing Park. Open the second Saturday of every month from March-October, the market begins at 8 a.m. and ends around 1p.m. fwb.org

25th Grand Boulevard Farmers Market

The Grand Boulevard Farmers Market at Sandestin is located at 600 Grand Park, Miramar Beach. This market is open every Saturday throughout the year!

The market opens at 9 a.m. and wraps up at 1 p.m. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, they also have the market on Wednesdays. grandboulevard.com

26th Sunday Cinema

The Village of Baytowne Wharf presents a free movie at the Events Plaza every Sunday. This event is free and starts at 8 p.m. baytownewharf.com.
